Participation in youth triathlon can start a lifelong passion for a multi-sport lifestyle and healthy living. The goal of TRIMotion3 is to provide a comprehensive youth and junior triathlon training program that encourages athletes to work hard, develop skills and fitness levels, and to exhibit excellent sportsmanship and teamwork.
Race distances and training approach depend on the age of the participant - younger athletes complete shorter distances.
For example, the 7-9 age group race is a 100 yard swim, ~2 mile bike, and 1/2 mile run.
